Bay In LA Creative (Theresa Marie Peña) declares that they cannot guarantee completed work will be completely error-free, as such they can’t be liable to the Client or any third-party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages, even with prior advisory.
Bay In LA Creative will own the copyright and design for all material created under this agreement, and contractor ( Bay In LA Creative) can showcase sample works from this project as portfolio pieces only. If client wishes to purchase ownership/full rights from the work created as ‘Freelance Services’, an additional “buyout” rate can be negotiated.
